Our state-of-the-art facility spans 800 sq. ft., thoughtfully designed to enhance operational efficiency and support seamless customer service delivery. The space is fully equipped to accommodate up to 20 customer service agents with modern, ergonomic seating for optimal comfort and productivity.
In addition to the main workstations, we offer a dedicated training room for skill-building and knowledge sharing, ensuring agents are always at their best. The cafeteria provides a comfortable space for staff to recharge, while our advanced IT and server lab supports seamless technical operations and infrastructure management.
For enhanced performance and quality assurance, our facility includes quality bays, WFM (Workforce Management) bays, and CCOD (Call Center Operations Desk) bays, designed to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery. Additionally, a call calibration room is available for precise monitoring and feedback, ensuring consistent service standards across all customer interactions.
